Pina Colada Smoothie

Do you like pina coladas? And getting caught in the rain? Smoothies don't only have to be breakfast treats and snacks, they can be healthy desserts too! If you want something sweet without the calories try out this pina colada smoothie. If your feeling mischievous, add some rum to it too!

Ingredients

2 Cups Pineapple (Fresh or Frozen)

1 Large Banana or 2 Small

1/2 Cup Orange Juice

1 Cup Milk (Regular, Almond, Coconut, Soy, Cashew etc)

1/2 Greek Yogurt (Vanilla, Plain, or Coconut Flavor)

1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut (Sweetened or Unsweetened)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Add some shredded coconut to the top if desired and enjoy. Happy eating!
