Loaded Berry Protein Smoothie

Many of us struggle in the winter months with eating, and right about now we start to realize that summer is right around the corner. Adding more fruits and vegetables into your day is one easy step to get back on the right path and shed some unwanted pounds. Try out this berry smoothie packed with antioxidants, protein, omega-3's, vitamins, and minerals. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Cup Spinach
1/4 Cup Hemp Powder
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Your Choice Milk (I use almond milk)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If smoothie is too thick for your liking add more milk. Enjoy!
