Almond Berry Spinach Salad

Want to maximize your vitamin and mineral intake during one meal, but not sure how to put foods together to make that happen? Try this almond berry spinach salad. It's quick, easy, and packed with valuable antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It's like they say, when in doubt eat in color!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Baby Spinach
1/4 Cup Whole Almonds
1/4 Cup Fresh Raspberries
1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries
1/4 Cup Fresh Blackberries
1/4 Cup Fresh Sliced Strawberries
1/4 Cup Canned Mandarin Oranges (No sugar added)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients on a plate and enjoy! You can use some sort of dressing if you want, but I find the juice from the fruit to be enough moisture that I don't need it.
