Diabetic Friendly Pancakes

Being diabetic or having pre-diabetes doesn't mean you can't enjoy foods typically high in carbohydrates or sugar. There are healthy alternatives out there for all your favorite foods. Give this one a try!

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Oats
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Blend oats in a blender or food processor until ground. Add all other ingredients to the blender or food processor and mix until well blended. Cook on greased or buttered pan. Enjoy!
