Green Raspberry Smoothie

Yesterday I posted about raspberries and why they are healthy for your body and health. But what if you don't like the taste of fresh raspberries but still want to get the benefits? Smoothies are a great way to disguise tastes that you may not like. For example, you could add another fruit like pineapple or strawberries in with the raspberries to disguise the flavor and still get all the nutritional benefits. Give this one a try!

Ingredients:

1 Cup Fresh Spinach

1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries

1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Pineapple

1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1 Cup Milk/ Almond Milk or Soy Milk

1 Tablespoon Chia Seed (optional)

1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
